If for any reason
problems arise during your stay, you can contact us by telephone during
office hours to discuss your difficulties. A reasonable complaint will
be quickly and effectively dealt with and a new accommodation will be
provided if necessary.

help you find a family/shared or individual apartment. If you don't find what
you need, then
you can state your preferences thorugh our application
form.
You will
receive a description of your requested accommodation before you make
your final reservation.
Flexible Stay (long or short term)
Whether you require accommodations for a few nights, a few weeks or for several
months, a suitable lodging can be found. It is possible to extend your stay
on arrival. If the lodging is not avalible for an extended stay, an alternative
accommodation will be sought immediately.
Rooms and apartments carefully selected
One of the most common fears in booking accommodations "blindly" is
that you may not like your accommodation upon arrival. For this reason, we
personally know and visit all of our accommodations.
